Sweet Thursday

It was the usual start to the day at Beatnik, pretty quiet, a bit of folk music playing, sorting some clothes, making a coffee. The weather was a bit gloomy, summer had decided to go on the blink.  A few more customers, put on some more music, and then I remembered that I had borrowed a fantastic cd. Japanese... Beat.... Bossa Nova.... and sixties. Oh my goodness how could I resist.                                                                   

                                                                                       

The groovy music was playing, the rain stopped, the sky brightened and then as luck would have it the Nippon Girls stopped by. After dancing sixties beat style around the shop they decided to try on some of our sixties outfits. Of course I took some photos of them, it was too good an opportunity to miss.

Those girls really know how to work the camera.
